Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations of four weeks notice, there will be no cancellation charge over and above the pre-paid non-refundable three night’s deposit. For cancellations with less than four weeks notice, the amount of the original reservation will be charged in full. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Booking Deposit:
Booking deposit is equal to 3 night’s accommodation, to be paid at time of booking by cash, check or credit card. The balance must be paid in full 21 days prior to arrival. Age two and under free of charge.
