Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations with at least two weeks notice, there will be no cancellation charge over and above the pre-paid non-refundable two nights deposit. For cancellations with less than two weeks notice, the amount of the original reservation will be charged in full. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Booking Deposit:
Booking deposit is equal to 2 nights accommodation, to be paid at time of booking by cash, check or credit card. The balance must be paid in full seven days prior to arrival.
